They used to be expensive but have recently dropped their prices very low. I assume it is because of all the problems. I would advise anyone looking to move in DONT GET STUCK JUST BECAUSE OF A SPECIAL. YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! MGMT SUCKS TOO
