Don't get me wrong, the place is not that bad. I have definatly lived in worse. However, when i signed my lease i was told that the back wall was all guest parking. this was important to me because we are 3 roommates living here with 3 cars. They only allow two cars per residence. So you can imagine how happy i was when i got a sticker on my windshield for parking along the wall without a permit. The parking sucks, the prices are too high and the rediculous speed bumps are stupid. Other than that the people who live there are nice and curtious and for the most part we all get along.
One other issue i have is with the front gate that is there for our safety constantly being stuck open for days at a time. Someone also got robbed in broad daylight a couple of weeks back in their apartment. Doesn't make me feel very safe.
