I have live here for a year and a half.... yes you might question why i have been here so long but it's a pain to move! I am now going through my second lease renewal witht this place. They did give me a three month notice this time... last time it was 24hrs! And to top it off this time, i got a notice of savings for the renewal of my lease (save $800.00 on one month rent - yes that is a nice savings) but when you get the notice after 5pm on a Sunday and you have to make your decision in less than 24hrs! I spoke to them today and i was told by the manager "sorry i was out of town and my staff did not get the notices out on time, but if you don't renew today you don't get the offer.) How is that fair! I know a decision to move is not that hard but when you have three months left in your lease and you may have time to save for a new deposit to get out of a hell hole it's not fair!!! Some major concerns to think about before you rent from this place is in the lease you must agree to no children riding bikes or skateboards in the complex!! There is a quite time from 10 pm - 9 pm which is not a big deal! I appreciate that part but when you have neighbors that do not and run their laundry all hours of the day and kids stomping and screaming and banging non stop all day it is a joke of a sentence to put in the lease agreement. Plus they expect you to contact the police department to get the noise to stop. Now if you have family or friends that work for the ploice department or maybe you have called them for the same issue. You know they are not quick to respond IF they respond at all!! Noise like that should be handled by the apartment mamanger but it is not sad to say. Parking is a whole other issue! I am located by the oversized parking since my roommate drives an oversized truck! Good luck being able to fit in an space when you have honda civics that park there and park right up against the line that seperates the two spots so only another small car will fit in there. If the apartments could get in the habit of giving the residents the notices in a timely matter.... like the date typed on the letter. That woiuld be nice also! They give everything to you days after they are typed up. Not very reliable huh'' I have so many friends and family memebers that have needed a nice place to rent and with the bonus referrals you get offered here I could have one every few months. But like I said I would NEVER NEVER recommend this place to even my worst enemy!
