I have lived here since 8/2003, and now that I am searching for an apartment closer to my job I realize how great Cirby Oaks really is. I thought the rent was a little expensive, but then again, I don't have to worry about having my car or apartment broken into. No helicopters flying over, no drug deals going on, it's actually a really nice area (nice park down the street). The maintenance guy is great - quick, friendly service. The apartments are pretty spacious (I have a 1 bdrm), well maintained grounds, plenty of parking. The manager can be moody (has attitude)sometimes, but he does do his job and does it very well. You will deal with the basic stuff ocassionly: loud car stereos, some noise from upstairs tenants, hmmm... really that's about as bad as it's been for me. I'm going to miss this place.
