I had my car broken into 3 times in a 6 month period! My average electric bill was $150 for an extra small 1 bedroom. When I brought this up with the management they attributed this to "old piping". Most of the units still have shag carpet! They charge the same amount of rent as most luxury complexes in Roseville. Also stay away from their sister property, The Sierra Gardens apartments, as I have also lived that nightmare. They are run by the worst management company ever.

I am very happy to have read these reviews. The manager said she is a very good sales woman, and I believe it. I understood that these apartment homes are very large and roomy, very comfortable/accomodating. However, two tennants out of three report their vehicles being stolen? How many other unhappy tennants have their been? This place sounds night marish, and the manager sounds like she could be compared to a "Used CAR SALES-WOMAN" Thanks to the prior tennants, I have made my mind up not to be making a future move to "Cirby Woods".
