I live here for a year. There was construction going on which really improved the outside appearance and the wondows...but that was it. Then inside of the apartments are really old and trashy, which you realize very soon after move in. They do a good job of disguising it though. There is excessive noise in the parking lot due to morons speeding through with stereos cranked to the most popular Latino radio station. There is NEVER any parking. If you have more than one car...good luck. Also, I lost my cat and when I posted missing cat posters, management took them all down. Management was okay...I didn't like that I couldn't post missing cat posters, but they would work with you if you ever needed to prolong paying your rent. There were some good things. Maintenance was pretty good about fixing the things that broke...our dryer and our A.C. They replaced them in about a day or two...pretty efficient. Also, when we moved out we got way more back than expected. I didn't have time to clean up and we left a lot of garbage and stuff we did not want behind and they only charged only $50 for waste removal...VERY decent! also after a year you don't have to be responsible for carpet replacement. The walls are thin though and there was an ant problem in our bathrooms'!' Also, you can smell what your other neighbors are cooking or smoking in their apartments from the vents...sometimes I didn't mind, but when I smelled pot I was pissed. The prices went way up after we moved out, we had been in a 2 bedroom 2 bath for only $790 a month. Now it's a lot more...I don't think it's worth what they want now which I believe is at least $1,000.

Don't be fooled by the price graph. Rents go up hughly each yr. There is no rent control in Placer county & these people take advantage of that opportunity! Also don't judge a book by it's cover. The exterior was updated but the interiors are the same as the day they were built in 89. It takes 2-3 reminders if repairs need to be done. Maintenance is a thief, steals belongings from evited apartments instead of storing per the law.
