Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
My apartment is so cheap for Roseville. I live in a 1 bedroom and only pay $785.00 a month. And I have lived here for over a year and they only raised my rent $10.00. Thats cool, cause my last place raised my rent $50.00. And my PG&E bills r soooo low.
