The apartments weren't bd per say, the fireplace and vaulted ceilings were nice as well as a fairly quiet washer and dryer in unit. Unfortunately the parking was terrible, the "gated community" aspect wasn't there because the gate never closed. There were also many strange residents who were loud, rude, and made me and my children feel uncomfortable by lurking around in the middle of the night. the lights in the parking area only seemed to work about 2 or 3 nights a week, as well as our porch lights. The managers are very friendly and help you when you have trouble, although it always seemed to take up to 3 weeks for a simple maintenance problem to be resolved. I would not live here again and I cannot stress that I feel this is a bad area for children. It would be nice for some young college students who don't really care.
