Cobblestone creek was a nice, quiet place. Good for a first apartment or for someone on a budget. The upsides would be its a very small complex, its tucked away from the busy street, there are many stores nearby, and it is fairly well priced. Unfortuntly it does have its fair share of problems, the carpet in the apartments in incredibly cheap, as are the blinds. When we moved in we had brand new carpet, yet within 1 month of living there stains appeared because the carpet was cheap and they did not replace the padding underneath which had old stains on it. Another big issue was that the office lady would change every few months, which made it impossible to get anything done.We would be told to do something one way by one lady, then a month later we would be told that was wrong by someone else. We waited over 3 months for them to finally fix one of our appliances. Since they only have one maintence person, its usually a lengthy wait if you have any problems, and we ended up fixing most things ourselves when we got sick of waiting. The parking isnt that bad, considering there is always parking on the street avaialble right next to the complex. Also this is a gated community, but only the exit gate works, so its really just a nuisance to have to wait to leave everyday when anybody can just drive through the front. All in all we were satisfied with our stay at CC but very happy to leave it behind.
