Moving from a 1 bedroom apartment that was over $1,000, I was very pleased with the price of a 1 bedroom here because it was over $300 less. The apartment itself was decent, but it would be nice if they upgraded things and the cabinets were very old. My only big complaints are that the owners don't do anything about noise. We live under a VERY shady and noisy couple who sounds as if they're jumping with every step, and hold parties with their friends who loiter outside. I've even actually seen one of them URINATING outside near the dog run. Other than these people, the residents seem very private. The gym's lighting is controlled by the office and some nights the lights are turned off. Also, there are no window treatments in the gym so it feels like you're being watched in there all the time.
Otherwise, the laundry room is clean and unlike a lot of other coin machines, they actually got our clothes clean.
