They claim that it's possible to sell these units. Well if you have lived here for more than 5 minutes you will realize that there is no place to park. "We give you a garage" they say. Unless you are 98lbs and can fit in a can of tuna that's feasable. If you store nothing more than a sheet of paper it's feasable. "it's not for storage" they say, yet there is only really 2 storage spaces in a 3bdrm apt that can't be more than 10sqft. Obviously these people do not have 3 kids nor live here.

I could have and should have rented a house 1 block from here for nearly the same price. Oh and beware the towing ----'s if you are parked in front of your garage for more than 30seconds expect an unreasonable bill to get your car back.

They claim they can tow from damn near anywhere based on: "Lessee will not utilize the driveway, parking areas, and hallways of the Premises for purposes other than access". I would love to hear that that's legal. How more insensitive can our society get'

NOt only am I a solid citizen that attempts to do the right thing, while others sign a lease and move 4 friends in taking all the parking, but i'm the one getting penalized.

I will not buy from here, I will not renew my lease, I will not recommend this to anyone. Unless your a ----, or mindless follower of unreasonable rules I wouldn't recommend living here.

Al it would take is a friendly knock on the door. It's only a few feet away.
