I have been in Coventry Park for almost a year and half now and the place seriously lacks any personality and class. Between the endless noise of garbage dumpsters pounding and moving trucks (a sure sign that people do not stay here long) quiet living here is a farce. A high percentage of empty units and a lack of quality tennants has brought in lower income families with tons of kids and I pressume multimple families living in one apartment. If you travel for work skip this place, two days late on rent regardless of calling in and you go through legal loopholes resulting in $600 in B.S. legal fees on top of $50 late fees and mandatory cashiers checks.

Management is heartless, callous and seriously impersonal unless you are looking to rent here. Amenities are half ass and the place is run with an iron fist. With the soft housing market in Roseville and Rocklin you can rent a large house at less money. I suggest looking through websites like housing maps.com (take out the space) to find something better. I am already looking to get the heck out of here!
