Coventry Park is an absolutely beautiful community. The apartment homes are immaculate, the grounds are always kept tidy, the gardens and planters always with fresh neatly trimmed flowers and shrubs ... the maintenance staff is amazing. Once a work order is placed, I've always had a turn-around time of less than 2 hours!! They are always friendly and always get the job done quickly and correctly! As for the staff in the office - love them!! The girls are so so sweet (cute too). They are always upbeat, friendly and professional and are willing and able to assist me with whatever I may need. I got a great rent special when I moved in, so rent is not bad at all. Considering that rent includes a garage, full size washer/dryer, gas range and a BRAND NEW apartment ... I consider myself lucky to live here!! Great community, and all in all, I HIGHLY recommend it!!
