These were built as condos -- then the condo market in Roseville collapsed and the owners were forced to rent them as apartments. The management co has no standards; so count on having a handful of trashy wanabe gang-banger neighbors with rice burners. I suppose what will interest you the most is that the place is infested with roaches and mice. The roaches were no-doubt brought in by the trashy construction workers...of course, when the workers left, the roaches stayed. After living here for two weeks the little roaches started popping up everywhere (we are VERY clean!). Asked the neighbors too...same thing; they also said they called the office. I then promptly called the office and they said "they hadn't had any reports of roaches" -- 3 days later there are 2 exterminator trucks parked by the office and a few guys going door to door offering "insect traps." I asked what they were for. The man responded "it is just routine maintenance." I said "Really' Because I've been talking with my neighbors and they say they have roaches; and we have them too." Finally the man confesses: "I'll tell you...I've been working in Roseville for 15 years and I haven't seen a single roach -- then this place pops up infested...it really is something!" I flip over the "insect trap" and it reads simply "roach killer." So not only is management in denial themselves, they've clearly instructed the exterminators to keep it on the down low. In terms of mice -- I had a 5 inch diameter hole behind the stove that was never properly sealed. My neighbor told me to start laying mice traps in the kitchen and to "just wait and see what I would find..." Sure enough, the next morning a dead mouse in the trap. Then another the next morning. Then another, then another, then another. I told my friend who lives on the opposite side of the complex and GUESS WHAT: She'd caught 7 mice in the last week!!! This place is cursed. The office staff seems nice. Your average blonde-haired dressed in black for some reason bimbo suburban apartment staff without a clue...but at least they act like they care. Parking is non-existant for your guests. Garages aren't *that* small like others have complained about unless you're fat (which everyone in Roseville is but perhaps you're not). If you don't believe me about any of this just drive in (oh there is no security anymore did I mention that') hit up any member of the maintenance staff -- they'll tell you the whole story ;) If you move into this place you're a fool. Also the faux tuscan architecture is a joke. It's a pile of stucco with no trees.
