Give me a break. The staff is not helpful, I have called the emergency maintenance and never, ever got a response back. Complaints are registered by the office as "oh, okay", with no attempt to fix the problem. For some reason they have no responsibility, everything is to be called in to the Roseville Police. Coventry Park is NOT as nice as some might make it seem. It is touted as a safe, gated community. I've been here for over a year and let me tell you, the gate is broken and wide open much more than closed...even when it is closed people just wait to get in as soon as someone leaves! There once was security, but when there were a bunch of drunks out at 1am one night waking those of us that actually have to work in the mornings up, we found out that there is no security for the apartments anymore, we have to call Roseville Police.....good luck having them come within 3 hours of the call. Ants are an enormous problem, and as a previous poster said, roaches. They're disgusting, and we have a clean, brand new apartment. We also had mice in the garage. Which brings me to the parking situation. There is NO place to park. We have 2 cars and a one car garage (but we're not fat and drive sensible sized cars so we fit just fine). I don't know if other people just don't work or what, but I always see the same cars in the same spots, never leaving. If you don't work and want to just store your car, why don't you store it in the BACK spaces and let us working people use the close spaces so we don't have to walk so far from our spot after a hard day at work' I don't know what the other poster was talking about seeing so many 'rice burners'....yea I've seen a few imports but I never hear or notice them - they don't cause any trouble. Nothing like the loud rednecks with their huge raised trucks and SUVs taking up two parking spots, revving their engines, spewing deisel every time they turn them on. Why is it that they get to use their garages for storage because their vehicles don't fit (due to their own doing), and they get to park their multiple cars out in the general use spots while we, driving normal sized cars get screwed by following the rules and parking one car in the garage, and the other outside the complex on the street because there are no spots left'!' Also, nobody knows how to freaking parallel park here - people take up two spots with one truck/suv, stick out into the road, and hit other cars without leaving a note - believe me, I've seen it twice. The grounds are trashy, almost everyone smokes which leaves cigarette butts all over the ground, and I see beer cans thrown in the bushes and grass, and occasionally have to dodge them in the parking lot. Yea what a 'luxury' apartment. I can't believe how much I'm paying to live around crap like this. With these surroundings my rent should only be 1/3 of what it is. You have been warned.
