I have been a resident at Coventry Park for roughly a year now and can honestly say that I have been very happy with my time spent here. It seems that people never praise or thank, but rather are so quick to judge and complain. My response to all the people who negatively posted below is this ... Think about the good things that Coventry Park offers. I agree that parking can be an issue, however, I have never experienced problems myself. When I moved in, the people in the office made it very clear that my only garaunteed parking space was my garage and that my guests and extra cars would need to be parked in any available parking inside or outside the community. If you are complaing about being towed, don't park illegally!! When I moved into my apartment, someone else had lived there before me for a short time and there was some touch up paint needed and a few other things ... the maintenance guys were quick to come fix all that was needed and have since then been very friendly and accomodating. Also, I think that if people were to actually read their lease obligations prior to making these complaints, they would understand that the office girls are simply doing their jobs and are maintaining the property and the residents. Notices get sent out if rent is not paid or if the lease policies are being violated, but none other unless it is a curtousy notice annoucing a package delivery, function, or rent reminder. I'm greatful that the staff is so attentive and stays on top of things. They are always friendly and eager to help as much as they can. With this said, being in management myself, people need to understand that staff only has certain abilities and cannot bend the rules. If they did so, they would have to do it for everyone and then the place would be chaos. Overall, I'd like to thank Coventry Park for everything and a great year, and encourage the complainers down below to suck it up and be thankful for a nice place to live!

I believe there is enough praking for everyone if they would USE THEIR GARAGES! My wife and I have lived here for a year and a half and if we will be out later than 8pm we have to take the car from the garage. The management says they enforce the lease but there are dozens of people who dont park in thie garage and nothing is done about it. They also told us 6 months ago that they were going to implement a permit program for parking. Still waiting! The place blows rent some where else!

I agree, many people don't use their garage for anything but storing junk and leave the rest of us that DO follow the rules stuck without a place to park our second car. Having more than 2 cars is also very common at this community, so people with 4 cars take up a lot of those general spots too.

I agree with the above post. People like to dish out the negative and don't stop and tell people when they are going a good job. I have had no problems my entire lease at Coventry, and plan on re-signing it once it's up. Keep up the good work!
