I'm a new and current resident on a 6 month lease and I'm definately moving out when the lease is up. This place is heartless and run like an internment camp. If you are one day late on your rent payment you get the nastiest letter stuck on your door to pay up in 3 days or surrender your apartment. You then have to get a certified check to pay your rent plus a $50 penalty. There is no compromise on this no matter what the problem was or is. Not a human place to live unless you like living under a concentration camp mentality. Find a kinder gentler place for yourselves...don't make the mistake of moving in here!

So what you are saying here is you did not pay your rent on time? And you are upset that the owners had the nerve to serve you with a notice to pay so they can make the mortgage on the property which you are living in? Wow.. you are right they are heartless tirants. How dare that require you to follow your lease and pay on time.

You are comparing not paying your rent on time and missing the three day grace period as a comparison to a concentration camp? What planet are you from? I'm sorry that in your priveledged little life no one has made you follow the rules but welcome to the real world - YOU HAVE TO PAY YOUR RENT ON TIME.

In all fairness, you get the same letter if you leave a potted plant on your balcony. These are failed condos and the management was awarded to the lowest bidder. You can't deny that. Their margins are small and they have no time to deal with any human-related matters. It's an internment camp...no doubt. These two anonymous postings are likely by the management company staff.
