At first glance it seems really nice and quaint! The staff is sweet as can be until you move you. The only nice people I have met while living here are the maintenance guys who are very cool.

After moving in to our unit, all the rents on all the 2 x 2's dropped by over $125 per month, and we soon discovered that the construction of this place was so cheap it has become a nightmare! There is rats from the field that have made there way into the walls and the place was build on an god forsaken ant hill I promise you that!! The floors and walls are so thin I can hear our neighbor using the bathroom, listening to the TV and have general conversations with his roommates and friends.

After living here for only not even 3 months our garage and some others were broken into, we were the hardest hit out of all of them!! The office Manager here acted like it's everyone else's problem but the complexes yet there is not enough lighting and forget about the 24 security. (I've seen him once since we moved in!)

There is ONLY ONE nice person in the office and that's it, If I were ConAM I would seriously do something about the bad reputation of this place, If only I had seen these reviews before I moved in.

So no, I don't recommend this place, I don't feel safe at all and wish I had never brought my family to this apartment complex!! The only thing I like about it is the Gym and that is sad!!
