I just moved in and I have to admit that I was hesitant to look into this place after reading some of the reviews. But now that I have been here for 2, almost 3 months I can see that most of the ratings are from people who like to focus on the negative. The place is big and I love that I have a garage. My neighbor has lived here for quite a while and said they have no problems too. The girls in the office are helpful and fix-it guys are always friendly. Bummer you cant have dogs, but I'll live. Anyway, Coventry is nice and newer. I would recommend it. ---
