We have lived here for almost 2 years and have been sick non-stop. There is something (possibly mold) making many tennants very ill with respitory problems, sinus infections, diarreah, unexplained aches and pains, and generally feeling lathargic and exhausted. The office staff is great, but they seem to be letting "anyone" move in and the quality of the community is going down hill fast!!!! There are a lot of single moms who do not watch their children and that makes you feel like youre living in a day-care center for under priviledged kids. In the summer the pool is over-run with loud, foul-mouthed, extremely disrespectful,teenagers who also think the pool is for making out, even when small children are present. You are also forced to fill out a form every six months stating that there is not mold in your apartment. This makes me wonder if the unexplained illnesses are, infact, mold poisoning. The rent is way too high for what you get! I suggest you look at some other communities.

I'm a former employee at this complex and there isn't a plague or something as equally as stupid as that. The questionare for mold in the apartment is designed to locate and deal with mold problems, if any, instead of finding out months or years later when residents and/or the unit could be harmed. Great conspiracy theory though!

I AGREE THE KIDS ARE VERY DISRESPECTFUL, AND RUN WILD LIKE THEY OWN THE PLACE.

I have lived here for a year and don't know what this person is talking about with mystery illnesses or other tenants having health problems. I am allergic to mold so I'm sure there isn't any here. Sounds like they are making up evidence to explain their own problems. I haven't noticed the staff letting "just anyone" move in or the community "going downhill". As for the form you fill out every 6 months, its not a form you are 'forced' to fill out, its a state-regulated questionnaire to make sure your apartment doesn't have any water or moisture issues that they are not aware of and if so they would send maintenance to fix it right away. The rent is also very reasonable, especially considering the area.
