Good, but...

My little family has lived here for a little over 2 years. Two different apartments.
The apartment staff is generally good, they get to things on time and the maintenance man is so awesome, he has so much on his plate and still manages to get things done and is actually very kind and friendly.
The overall appearance of the complex has been very good, they have gardeners come out twice a week. so nothing is grown over and icky.. there is no graffiti or littering as Hoesa keeps up with any litter bugs each morning.
I guess the only things I DON'T like are that there is a lot of rules..
(no hanging wet towels on the balcony or anything for that matter. that one really bugs me)
can't park your car backwards into a parking space.. why''' Hell I dunno!
The walls are pretty damn thin, if tapped on the wall on one side, it sounds like a pound from the other.
There is a lot of families in the unit so if you are uptight about kids playing around by your unit this might not be the place for you.
The washer and dyers are not old and rinkity, the dishwashers are good as well. The air conditioners run great, and if they don't they replacement in a reasonable time frame.
The showers and septic systems are good, I just kinda hate the flimsy cheap toilet seats. (we usually buy a new solid one for like $20 bucks.)
We have never had terrible neighbors, and the one time we did.. she was really bad.. she got evicted, and replaced with great neighbors.
They have VERY affordable units takes awhile to get in them so put yours in with huge advance.
Parking is sometimes an issue with the front apartments, only because you usually can't get a space right up next to your unit, but you dont have to go far anyway so I wouldnt say its a huge issue.
Over all I suggest this place with a thumbs up, as long as you are not noisy you will be fine!
