I have lived here for 1 year and so far it is the best place I have lived on my own, with the best value for rent and utilities. The apartment is beautiful, the complex itself is only about 5 years old. It is usually very quiet and peaceful and all of the neighbors and staff I have met are very friendly. The grounds are always well kept with constant landscaping and cleanup. The placement right next to the 24 hr Safeway, Safeway gas station, Blockbuster, and other businesses is great too. The only drawback would be that sometimes the kids can seem like there are way too many, and the teenage kids can roam in packs around the property, but that is to be expected anywhere, and it has never been a real problem.
