I have lived here for over a year and overall, it has been pretty good. New manangement just started and they are not as nice as the ones before. These seem to care less about your problems and it seems like you are bothering them when you go up to the office. There are a ton of kids here and they are normally running around at eight in the morning. I love living next to safeway and bank of america though. The one thing I will suggest is that if you do not like spiders, do not move in. There have been a good amount of spiders in my apartment. I have two other roomatees and we are definitely not dirty and maintain out apartment. Oh and a great thing about these apartments is that there are ALWAYS parking and they are not assigned like others.
