Worst experience in Sacramento area

I lived in a few aprtments in Sacramento area. This is the worst one. The apartment is very old. Within 6 months I got microwave broken, wash maching broken, gas leakage, front door could not be opened (many people were confined inside), frequent toilet flushing problems. Every time I had to wait a few days for someone to fix it. The never ending building renovation projects made big noise and a mess around, and the manager is not as polite as elsewhere. No recommendation
