The office staff is nice. The pool is dirty with mold and cracked tiles and the floor is the pool is nasty as well as the hot tub. The gates NEVER work - the apartments located at the front of the complex are kept nice, yet the apartments to the back are forgotten about. The walls are unbelivabley thin. I can hear my neighbor using the bathroom through the medicine cabinet and singing and showering, etc... There is NOTHING for children to do here. The parking situation is terrible. The rent is too high for the apartments that have not been renovated and as for the ones that have been, they are pretty on the exterior but everything is cheaply done. They spent a lot of money on the office to make it look great; however, the apartments themselves are faux and cheap. The grounds to the back side of the apartments are not kept up not the areas clean by the creek that flows through the area. The dumpster area is unsafe and there is not enough lighting to the walk to your apartment.
