The office staff "seems" nice enough, but the fact remains that they lied (to our faces) about the renovations going on... They had the gall to tell us it would take "a month at most" and it took almost four, and the noise from other building renovations is more than 9a-5p, and was more like 7a-6p, with some work done even later. The construction company uses the back area to store all its supplies, and must (very loudly) transport the materials through the complex to work on buildings.

And, even after the renovations, our floor had a rolling, uneven surface.

Every step of the renovations was misrepresented and even deceitfully presented.

Separately, the parking situation is absolutely horrendous.

Also, don't expect to use the "full gym" workout facilities. The proprietor is a born again Christian who will ask you inappropriate questions like "what do you see when you look at yourself naked in the mirror'," and try to shove his version of black and white Christianity down your throat if you workout there. Further, he forces you to workout only when he is there (read: he only stays 'til 6 or 7pm and if you work you're out of luck).

Also, the spa was rarely hot while we were there.

Lastly, the complex supports a program that invites foreign college students to live and work for the summer at the local amusement center, and then screws them (we talked to several sets of students who all had the same experience--one group from Poland and one group from Turkey) by tricking them into leases they know they cannot use.

Move onto the next place... you will regret it if you don't.
