I strongely suggest you think long and hard before you move into these apartments. The apartments are old, there is always construction going on, and they have an ant problem.
The worst part about living in this apartment would have to be the fact that everything breaks and it takes them 6 months to fix it.
On top up that, the construction workers are always around your house. They are in your patio area, pounding on your roof, infront of your door, and they plug into your electric. They don't even compenstate you, and it is not going to end anytime soon.
If the school district is why you would pay the high price of these apartments, then go to www.greatschools.net and you will see that there are better schools in cheaper areas around here.
Lastly, they do not pay the water and sewer. They raise you rent when your lease is up. But, the worst part of all, is that the kids have loud parties on Friday and Saturday nights.
