Living here was such a wonderful experience. I had to move due to a job relocation, but the staff was friendly and helpful enough to help me relocate to another complex managed by the same company in the area I was relocating to! I can't tell you enough of how much easier this made things. Not to mention the maintenance crew is the best bunch around. Not only do they get the job done, but they get it done with a big smile. Everything about this community was a pleasure, including the delicious popcorn and cookies in the office. And the location, you can't find a better location than right in the center of Roseville. It's beautiful and next to everything you could possibly need. Restaurants, grocery stores, Target, bookstores, malls, and an enormous park with batting cages, running track, skateboard park, and street hockey ring. I would highly reccommend Deer Valley Apartments to anyone.
