This complex is over ran by ants, and Im not kidding or Exaggerating!!! We would have to have our apt. sprayed for ants at least ever other week or the problem was unbareable. you wouldnt be able to leave any type of food open or acessable for more than a few minutes, before it was covered. Deer Valleys means of battling the problem was to spot treat the pests only when you complained about them, and never thought about trying to prevent the problem. This has been a horrible living experience for me and the gross conditions around. (and like previous comments have said, the walls are really thin, so you hear a lot of things you shouldnt be hearing in the middle of the night.)
