I just want to say that I am so happy that all of these negative people that would write such horrible things are not my neighbors anymore. I have lived at Deer Valley for about three years now. Yes, the construction was not the best thing...but now that they are done - what an amazing look! They are freshly painted, and it looks like a brand new place! What people don't understand, I guess, is that there is always room for improvement. And, I think Deer Valley and it's staff realizes that! As a matter of fact, the Deer Valley maintenance team is great! They actually installed a new washer and dryer in my apartment when mine broke. It took only three days, and for ordering a new one that's pretty good if you ask me! The BBQ's that they have at the pool in the summer are an absolute blast! They give away prizes, and it really gives you a chance to get to know the office staff! There are always cookies and popcorn in the office, and even free videos to rent! I strongly recommend Deer Valley as a place to live!
