This apartment totally sucks!! I lived at Deer Valley for over a year and got totally screwed. I should have known when I was there the first week and the garbage disposal broke and the dishwasher overflowed. Then the next month, my carpet lifted off the floor. I had a loud refrigerator that made a booming noise when it stopped generating and waited 1 month before moving out until they finally fixed it, and said they knew nothing of the probem. Additionally, parking sucks and my car was towed beacuse registration expired, and I was out of town to know that my car had been tagged. When I returned, no car and to this day I still cant pay for it to get out. It was over $400.00 when I called to see how much it would be, Deer Valley is costing me more money than the apartment is worth. Noise level is outrageous, motorcycles and dirt bikes at 2 in the morning, noisy parties during the weekdays, and trashy tenants. Mud puddles everywhere, and horrrible landscaping. Not to mention the management team, who is unaware of half the crap that goes on there. Construction was a nightmare, everything form 7 am wakeups to roof leaks at midnight. I never got a good night sleep because of the noise. Don't move here, I would hate to see anyone go through what I did. STAY AWAY!!!!
