Deer Valley has always been a great place to live. I wanted to make sure that people are aware of what type of atmosphere it is, now that the construction is done. I had to live through it, just like every other resident who lived here did. I must say, it is much better than living somewhere where the management does not take care of issues that need to be resolved. The buildings are beautiful now - as there was work that needed to be done. Also, they have re-done all of the landscaping and it's gorgeous. Of course I have had things break in my apartment, but that's to be expected. As long as I notified the office, it's always been taken care of! I am a good tenant, as well as a good neighbor. I am not someone who let's my car registration expire - and then get mad at the office for towing my vehicle - I am not someone who has a problem and waits to tell the office about it until I am blue in the face. Some of these other negative comments leave me to believe that they burned the office, and didn't get away with it. Remember, when you live here at Deer Valley you do need to pay rent on time, you do need to notify the office of a problem and not expect them to read minds, and you do need to have your vehicle registered! Pay attention to the rules when you move in, people! :-)
