I've lived at Deer Valley for a little over a year, and it's great to finally live somewhere where they take care of the important things. Some jerk parked in my parking space, and they towed it right away. Also, the landscaping is so pretty throughout the complex. They just fixed the pool and spa surface too and it looks so good. They are always so nice when you call in for a repair in your apartment, and the guys come over right away sometimes. If not right away, by the next day at least. This is a great place to live!
