Make sure you ask if the apartment office is burglarized

I was to recieve a 500$ Printer. The UPS delivered it to the Office and the office claims that the place was burglarized the next day when I went to get it from the office. I am now scared of living here with 2 kids. I am lucky I am on a month to month rent..Its worth it when it comes to extra 50$.
Parking is somethin they never tell you. You can never find parking since there is no patrol to see who is parking where.. the Control gates outside are for show.
