I've lived at Deer Valley for almost a year now, and am very happy with my living situation. I have wonderful neighbors and a beautiful apartment. I've read a couple of the other comments and am shocked to see so many complaints about ants. Maybe if they kept their apartment clean and didn't leave food all over the place they wouldn't have a problem cause I sure don't. I absolutely don't appreciate the comments made towards my sweet ladies in the office either. They have been nothing but wonderful to me, and have always gone out of their way to help out with certain situations. I mean for example, if you read the "Unprofessional Staff" comments...they WATCHED from their patio as the spriklers soaked their car...hello' Wouldn't you go roll up your windows' So, my guess is that the management is correct and it is not their responsibility. But, regardless, that is not how they would say it. Pop on in for yourself, and try one of their cookies...to die for! :-) In closing, I'd just like to say that I highly recommend Deer Valley! It's a wonderful place to come home to and very conveniently located!
