I have been dealing with Deer Valley and there staff since May. They office staff including colleen and cindy are outstanding! Maintenance is great, they've been overloaded but still show up in a reasonable about of time and its fixed correctly! I got my apartment straight out of construction and its beautiful! The gate is getting up and running, resident slackers haven't all picked up the remotes that they were notified about 2 weeks ago so they haven't started closing them yet, but they are installed and ready to go! Parking can be difficult late at night but where are you always gonna find parking'! It will be great when construction is done becuase it will open up the back lot and than i don't forsee any issues with parking. It would be nice if the fitness center was open later but but you knew what you were signing for when you moved in, it still has reasonable hours and is a great facility! Grounds are kept well although part are over watered near my apartment, but thats up to landscaping to change and the girls asked them to fix it while i was stanging there so i know that they actually care! Also they have unique floorplans!! Where else can you have two patios!'
