Expect the office staff to be friendly, kind, and available to you as you shop to find a nice place to call home. After you become a resident you can expect a non-attentive who-gives-a-hoot attitude. The office is staffed with only 1 employee on weekends and if you manage to catch them in the office (between breaks and lunch)chances are they are busy on the phone or with a potiential resident making the sales pitch. I was asked to make an appointment later in the day when I came by the office to inquire about a work request submitted the week before but not yet attended to.
