I am currently living here, and my 9 month lease is about to expire...the renewal rate was outrageous, we just laughed and said see ya later, the office staff is nice but they don't seem all that bright. The parking situation really is an atrosity. There have been 4 or 5 nights where I come home and there honestly is NOOO parking, you end up in a handi capped or someone elses spot...I literally mean not a single open spot on the premises. The inside is gorgeous, spacious master bdrm. Had trouble with lights going out though, and the outlets only work occasionaly for some reason. The maintenace staff is very nice, always smiling and willing to help, and the gate is never closed, which I love...they sent out two fliers saying they were gonna start closing the gates, ya that never happened and it never will. Neighbors are nice, just a little cranky when we have too many people over, that's my fault though....You can TOTALLY hear everything above you if you're in a downstairs, it really does get annoying, consider up stairs. The gym situation sucks, it seems nice at first but Old Frank won't leave you alone when you're in there and he tries to coach you on everything. I stopped working out after a couple weeks in there becasue Frank just sits there and critiques every move. They desperately need to get rid of him or send him to a retirement home or somethin. It's a nice place if you just want something semi peaceful, not a ton of college aged kids unfortuantely for us, but just a relaxing kick back kinda place, not too bad over all.
