I have lived at Deer Valley for over a year and I think the place is great. The apartment I have is in a good location and is very quiet. I would have to say that the office staff is good too for the most part they try hard to fix any workorders. Nicole B. in the office is great as the last person stated, she tries to make everyone happy. I also think that the others are ok, just busy. I also think that the guy who does grounds is great too. I would have to say you are making a great decission in choosing this plce to live. Plus no place is perfect.
