I have lived at deer Valley for over 10 years and at choice, this place is my home and does not feel like an apartment. My husband passed away and I needed a place to live that I did not have to take care of and I have loved it ever since. I read some of the things that people wrote and I have to laugh because the people in the office have alaways taken care of me, and they have always watched out for me and are not out to get anyone. I think that the place is clean no bugs or mold and those are the important things. Also my workorders are always done right away. I would tell you to do your homework when you are looking for an apartment to find what will suite you best but this place is great and you will be making a great choice.
