Guess some things never change

I lived at this complex for maybe 6 months in 2000 and broke my lease to get the hell outta there. Yes, there had been a change in management - but when I went in there to settle a deposit they'd owed, found the new people to be JUST as catty, uneducated and unprofessional. I think the reason may be due to low pay for the office help or something but even folks making minimum wage know that integrity is a FREE service. We endured foul-smelling carpet which was eventually replaced (after three months) but here's the kicker... THEY CHARGED US FOR IT, LIED ABOUT PERFORMING A 'SPECIAL HYPOALLERGENIC TREATMENT' AND DIDN'T REPLACE THE PAD UNDERNEATH. Suffice to say the tennants before us had a cat - you do the math on cat urine summer heat. Oh, and the previous post that mentioned partying' Yeah, the gals in the office are happy to entertain you or any strays that come along. So party on!
