These people have by far the best customer service I have seen in any apartment community in California. When my family fell on hard times, they were very flexible with payment arrangements to help us through. From what I saw, they did everything they could to ensure the comfort and safety of my family. I don't know who the nut was who claimed they never give back any of the deposit - when we left, we got most of it back. It makes sense that if you don't leave the apartment like you got it, you will be charged to fix it. That's what the move-in checklists are for...If we hadn't had to relocate for work, we would definitely still be there. It's hard to rate the laundry facility - there is no option for "included in unit"
