I lived in Arizona be for a job transfer. I love the weather here and always take advantage of the pool (cleaner then my mothers). Back home I could get 3X the Sq. Ft. for ? the price, but that?s California for you. My job is close and so is shopping and the mall!!! I really don?t know if the maintenance is any good at fixing things, I?ve never had to call them. I will say the office staff is on it? always willing to help. I?m always the first to complain and thought I?d be different this time and put in a good word.:)
