I have been living in this apartment for 5months, and can't wait when lease will over! The manager is rude, never talk to the tenants, one of stuff (younger girl) is emotional, rude, and unprofessional and she doesn't know what she is talking about and tell you wrong information that is totally different from contract, and from their rules. There is one the other stuff who is very friendly and nice, though. Quality of the fixtures, building material, sound & heat insulation, layout and design are totally bad and falling a part and asked management to fix some problem we have but the work have never completed. The security of this apartment complex is not good neither. Parking is bad too, there are several vacant parking space right in front of our unit but we were assigned to the one very far from our unit. Also, there are so many unregistered cars taking so many parking spaces. This place is always noisy from very early in the morning til mid night.
