Moved in earlier part of 2004,Had usual walk-thru found problems needing fixing and marked for repair on walkthrou sheet. Electrical outlet in Dining Room, 2 in kids bedroom. Its been a year,3 repair orders later no repair in sight. Strike "1". Secondly they use an illegal tactic to collect extra revenue from tenants. The contract we've signed for our lease stated rent is due by the 5th of every month. Get a letter on door stating after March 2005 rent needs to be in on the 2nd or pay $50 late fee. Not to mention the office staff doesn't have a clue on when they recieved payments. Since they don't give out reciepts even though we've demanded it. Why is it so difficult to write a reciept' Recently they remodeled kitchens in some units (just to raise the rent) the cabinets are beautiful but unfortunately maintenance people still haven't came to fix the drywall the installer had damaged during the retrofit of new cabinets. Also one other thing make sure you keep an eye on your things too many scandalous people living/working there (maintenance man tooo interested into going into your apartment and scamming your contents inside).

We signed a long lease because there has been change in the roster of managers but they are even more worse than the last...Bring back the old managers they at least have a clue. So we are going to ride out the lease and get the heck out of here!
