I have been a resident here for almost two years now, and all I can say is that this place is 10x better then when I first got here. The office staff has changed completely and so has maintanence. I've lived at different apartments for the past 5 years and this is one of the best I've seen so far. The question that I have to ask is if all you complainers have paid your rent on time lately' It's always the trashy people that complain and think management is so horrible because they have to get hounded for their rent every month. Everytime I've had a problem I've actually went to the office to ask the girls about it and they always help. I would recommend this place to any of my friends. Too bad all these lazy people have to do all day is write about how much they hate their lives and their homes. How pathetic, if you care rent here. Maybe I will see you around neighbor...

You are very quick to judge that the complainers are trashy.. I'm not trashy at all I am a computer programmer and I always paid my rent on time... and I still had terrible service!!! When I moved in Lisa Kelly was manager and she was GREAT! Very professional and always responded when I would leave messages.. Velma was also very professional but then they brought in a few rude young girls, who yes smoked pot and also Gene the maintence man was a tweaker!!! When I got a garage there it was full of someone elses furniture and I was told to find Gene in the maintence room and found him smoking crank or crack or something... Bottom line.. you are very much in the dark how things work there....

Yes I also agree this place is tweekerville and a half. Police come through here all the time.

Oh my goodness.. this is obviously a staff member who wrote this "Quit Complaining!" Blog.. Nice to see how they really think about the tenents. I lived here for 8 months when my house was being built. The pool was murky and the hot tub was closed and looked unmaintained. My rag top on my car was sliced and my stero was stolen.
