Oh my God! I knew this place was bad but now I have confirmation. Just looked at the Roseville Police crime stats. Every month there are several incidents, including assault, drugs, auto theft, theft from auto, other theft, vandalism & burglary. This week I saw a used condom in the grass. There's a lot of dog poop and cigarette butts EVERYWHERE. Residents are mostly trashy people and it appears that many do not work. Not sure how they afford the rent! It's a shame because the surrounding area is quite nice. I do not feel safe here. When my lease is up I will have to move. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7

i agree with you on the people comment. i allways wonder how they pay the rent! no one seems to work! i guess when you are dealing drugs you dont have to work!
