This is the worst place I have ever lived. Constant crime, noise, drugs (particularly meth and marijuana, straight out of a police officers mouth). We have mice, mold, a broken air conditioner that is leaking water and creating green mold (which maintenence told us was normal) and uncooperative management. Don't screw yourself and sign a lease! We are stuck for the next 7 months!
Parking is ridiculous, noise is out of control. Parties EVERY NIGHT! Not an exaggeration.

There is also Bats that live in the second floor rafters. Its disgusting.
