Ok, here are things that i have seen or experianced at foothills tennis village.

- my car has been broken into twice.
- i have seen men lurking around apartments, peering into windows.
- people going through the trash and loading some of it into their cars (in broad daylight) this acutally happens alot.
-human feces in the bushes.
-needles at the park
- people just let their dogs out to go to the bathroom and close the door on them, allowing them to run around the complex
-people love to leave their cars running in the middle of the street to "run inside". you cannot go around them, you have to wait for them to come back outside. and then the look at you like "what the f*** is your problem'"
- Walk around that apartment complex at night, its difficult not to smell pot.
- Drugs deals going down in the park.


I feel that they took the scum of the earth and put all of them into this complex.
I dont know how these people afford this place! its expensive! i pay almost $1000 a month for a sh**ty one bedroom.
Now, there are a few, and i mean FEW decent hard working people that live here, but i can pretty much count those people on my right hand.

Now the nice things about it...

-They have a heated swimming pool and spa (but it is usually filled with drunken idiots filling the spa with vodka)

- When one of my appliances broke, they were very quick to fix it.

yep, thats about all the nice things!

im telling you, dont do it. keep looking! you will find something!
