Apartment magagement is very poor. These people lie you for even simple things, e.g. before I move in, management people told me that water and sewer cost $30-40 for 4 people(2 adult and 2 kids) based on meter how much you use. But now I am paying about $90 everymonth. I asked them about that but they don't give me clear answer, just say they divide total cost by number of people. Whey they lie me before I move in'. Every time we renew the contract, rent goes up. Management people are very irresponsible and unprofessional. Pool, spa and physical fitness are very dirty and in poor condition.
Every time you renew your contract, I have to nenew for at least 6 months.

Never do mistake to rent this apartment.

Its a corporate apt building.. the only goal they have is to make money off of you. seriously I moved out and got a 3 bedroom 2 bath house with a garage for 1100.00 in Rocklin.. after water and sewer your paying about the same as u would for a house.. also, I work at HP down the street and I noticed at lunch time today the apts were surrounded by cops,,,,,

Same thing happened to me. I had a 2 bedroom 2 bath for me and my daughter and we paid about 45.00 a month for water and sewer. Here is what annoyed me, a 1 bedroom apt across from my apt had up to 4 people at times living in this apt.. that was rented to 1 man.. I was eating the cost of the 3 other people in that apt.. The system they use is crap.. It's not fair.. I think some people are excited when renting a new apt and they dont really realize all the commerical corporate clauses in that lease they are about to sign.. The deposit is so cheap because they are going to go after you for absolutly everything and anything wrong with the apt after you move out and they will have outragous rates for cleaning services.. When I moved out I totaly cleaned the apt..I used all sorts of cleaners and really tried to deep clean it.. Well... After I had already moved out because they found some area's I missed.. like on the floor in between the stove and the refrigerator, little things like that.. Well they charged me 250.00 for a professional cleaning and I had lived there for 4 years.. and im not exagerating that the apt was pretty darn clean. I was charged 250.00 for some touch ups that might take 10 minutes.. I feel like I wasted my time and cleaning supplies on that apt. Anyway by the time I got the final bill from Foothills I owed them money.. I was charge for whole sets of blinds in 2 bedrooms because there were some bent marks in a few of the plastic blinds... After 4 years, i think thats just wear and tear... but I got charged triple the price of what those blinds would have cost in a home depot.. So anyway,, those are seriously the things to watch out for. Be prepared that your deposit will not cover your move out expenses... Just imagine if I had lived there only a year.. I would have been liable for paint and carpet too..
